Reservation Procedures

In order to reserve your room for the meeting, you may call the Sheraton Gateway Reservations at (800) 325-3535 using the reservation code (NSF-FIND), or reserve your hotel room online. The Cut-Off date is 12:00 Noon (PDT) March 31, 2008 to get the special conference rate of $129/night!

Online Reservations - Participants must type in the group code (NSF-FIND) to get the group room rate.

Please note that all individual reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or be guaranteed with a major credit card, (American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa or Discover.)

Cancellation Policy: Deposits paid by individuals are refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival.
